Abuja's temperature data looks suspicious.
1) Zagreb. Good spring, summer, and fall. Winters should be colder or warmer. 2) Buenos Aires. Good winters, but summer's too hot for me. 3) Reykjavik. Way too oceanic, but it's never extremely cold or hot. 4) Abuja. Too hot year-round.
