No terrible climates in this group.
1) Bern. Comfortable summer, winter too mild but occasionally snowy 2) Belgrade. Summer decent but a bit warm, winter too mild 3) BrasΓlia. Very nice for a tropical climate, it's not too hot in any months, but it doesn't get a winter. 4) San Jose. Another nice tropical climate, but this one doesn't have the slight winter that BrasΓlia gets and it's more humid.
