While I have had a climate battle involving Pamplona before, I've never done a rate thread, so here it is! A- for me; top-class summers with decent diurnals and not too intimidating heat for the most part, excellent shoulder seasons and winters remain above the "dead zone" while still suitably comfortable with the right clothing.

A, by inland standards. Strikingly good considering what country it's in!

C. Depends on how much snow it gets though.

B-. Good temperatures, and summer isn't too humid. Precipitation and sunshine are decent too, especially compared to nearby places. For a climate without snowy winters it's really nice.

B. Not a fan of the seasonal lag or the late fall/early winter precipitation peak, but otherwise a really nice climate.

Better than I expected. Still a C-. Those dry summers look actually almost tolerable even with the heat, unusual. Winters appear to have snow potential every year, which is good.

D. Substandard summers, bitter, skin-penetrating damp overcast winters.

C+ Winter is too mild, but the spring warm-up is too slow and summer is a little cool. Also, it's too dry. But I agree it's decent for Spain.

Very good for Spain indeed. Winter is a bit lame. B-

B/B- for me I think, a bit dry and mild in winter but pleasant summers, I'd prefer something like bragança for more seasonality.

Higher end of B-. It's a bit too cool year-round but still a solid climate that's better than New York
