This deserves a major bump
Seattle or Vancouver needs a basketball team. Seattle lost its Sonics in and Vancouver lost its Grizzlies but these have to be the most populous metros without any NBA team, it just makes sense. Plus, a natural rivalry with the Portland Trail Blazers would form, so that’s fun.
San Antonio or Austin need NFL and MLB teams. The region is growing so fast, and football (and to a much lesser extent baseball) is RELIGION in Texas. Give Texas a 3rd football/baseball team.
San Juan, Puerto Rico needs an MLB team. Baseball is MUCH more popular in PR than on the US mainland. San Juan (and by extension the island) is a pretty large market as well.

MLB expansion cities ideas
San Juan - Some of the best MLB players have come from here. Also it's part of the US anyway
Portland - Should be a team called "Portland Hipsters" or something
Montreal - Actual crime that there isn't a team in Montreal. Thanks for nothing Jeff Loria you asshole
Austin and San Antonio - Rapidly exploding population, perfect for an expansion team. Additionally, the Texas teams have been relatively successful by Expansion Team standards
Monterrey - How cool would it be to see an actual MLB team in Mexico?? Monterrey is also the wealthiest city in Mexico, on par with some poorer parts of the US. So I think it is definitely doable
