Aka the American Riveria, Known for its significant Spanish Culture (especially the architecture) and it's Mediterranean climate. I wonder if the Spain guy would like Santa Barbara.

Does the black cat enjoy putting his paws on the Santa Barbara riviera then?

Pleasant but boring. This would be my ideal comfort climate. C.

B- Winters are nice but summers are a little cool, though from the records it looks like it can get hot anytime of the year... I used to watch the dodgy soap 'Santa Barbara' too

C. Boring, Mediterranean precip. patterns are not particularly desirable, but incredibly comfortable and I can see it smelling really nice. It apparently smells like weed. Instant downgrade to a D. Weed doesn't smell good.
