Unfortunately, the fact is that Melbourne offers very little for anyone who wants a proper summer, proper winter, or severe weather. You have half the year with stratocrapulus domination and little variation in temps, the other half a half-assed summer loaded with cold fronts and seabreezes, and little in the way of thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winter cold outbreaks. Like all maritime climates, it's a weather enthusiast's purgatory. still has zero business being compared to these two I think weather enthusiasts would enjoy the crazy summer swings but everything else is fairly stable yeah I'll give you that Yeah, summer seems fun but way too cool overall. The winter stability would drive me nuts too. A climate with a winter 10 C colder than here but similar record lows lol |
