B–, by maritime standards. Extremely cold, but it's also a fucken desert Still much better than boring shitholes like Eureka, San Francisco etc (which are both below an E).

F, I'd still prefer Oymyakon over this.

Solid F. Not an F- since it’s dry and gets hardly any rain.

Not a tundra, this is an ice cap climate...
F- + a few minuses after that. Horror show and unliveable.

Solid F. Way too cold year round and way too sunless in the winter. No thanks.

F, I'd still prefer Oymyakon over this. I would prefer Oymyakon too but not climates like Tiksi or Dickson.

Does this climate at 64°N in Far East Russia satisfy your tundra needs Donar ? It's by the sea after all so mosquitoes can't be as bad as in inland areas! Provideniya

ProvideniyaWell it isn't dangerously cold and even has a mild season in summer. But summer is too rainy and far too cloudy to make up for the overall crappiness. My tundra needs are best satisfied when the climate isn't tundra

E. For an ice cap climate it's great, but it's still an ice cap climate. Sunshine is decent and it must get some good blizzards at least. High winds are probably very common, which makes the winter more exciting but also very harsh.

F-. The temps are bad enough but then consider that this place has an average wind speed of 32 kph and has recorded over 320 kph. This is the kinda place evil Nazi scientists would have sent people to study the effects of year round severe windchill 😬😬😬

Just had to look at the colors to know it's a solid F. Better than most of Antarctica but still shitty.

High winds are probably very common, which makes the winter more exciting but also very harsh. This place is insanely windy. 138 days a year see a gust of 100km/h (62mph).
