So, this would mean like this: If your climate would get 2°C warmer during the three warmest months and 2°C colder during your coldest months, would that benefit or worsen your climate? This is how it's supposed to work using an example of a conventional NH climate with not much seasonal lag: Jan: -2 Feb: -2 Mar: -1 Apr: 0 May: +1 Jun: +2 Jul: +2 Aug: +2 Sep: +1 Oct: 0 Nov: -1 Dec: -2 This is Stockholm under this: My climate would definitely get a lot better in that scenario; 25/15 July's would be the norm, as would -1/-7 January's, enabling a much safer snow cover. It would suddenly remind quite a bit of a drier Toronto with weaker sun, and be one of the elite Dfb climates in the world.

Better. Stronger cold snaps in winter and probably stronger summer thunderstorms, and more chance of interesting temperatures.

Much better, closer to a proper summer and winter.

London 2c warmer in summer and 2c colder in winter is called Paris.
I hate the cold more than having the occasional extra heatwave, so it would be worse.
It would be worse the other way too, unless it got a bump in sunshine like Portsmouth with 10c winters and 22c summers.

Paris is only 1c colder than London in the winter, and about 1.5c warmer in the summer

Better. We’d have 27/13 Januaries and 85/65 Julys so it would be much improved.

Worse. Winters are already Baltic on this frozen African rock, with lots of cold winter rain & summers are already too fucken hot!!

Worse. I’d love 2C warmer summers, although they’re already sufficiently warm/hot....but my winters are simply too cold for me, -2C colder would truly suck.

Better, though summers would be on the upper end of tolerable for me.

It would be an improvement for here though I would not like the winters.

Worse. Winters are already tolerably cool (relatively) for me but Mar-May would be unbearable with a 2 C rise - 28 / 38 C and humid as hell, like Dubai or Mecca.

Definitely better in summer, but winters would be too cool for my liking, still doable though. Summer is my main area of concern. Would be some epic heatwaves and more energy for thunderstorms. Overall better.

Better. The winters are horrible anyway so 2 degrees wouldn't make much difference. The warmer summers would be really nice.
I would however much rather prefer the months of September, October and November to have a 2 degrees increase each. Those months are quite horrendous and depressing and this increase would prolong the already decent summer and shorten the winter.

September is fine, October is the quintessential autumn month, November can go fuck itself and should be deleted entirely. I'd gladly take out March as well, just a half-assed winter month to point out how bad the seasonal lag is.

Jan would be 28.5/21.6 and Jul would be 15.4/6.7, effectively record breaking for both as the new mean, so that would be heaps good.

Better, summers would be warmer and snow would be a regular feature in winter.
