Worse. July would have averages of 36.5ºC/25ºC, which is just too hot for my tastes. The better winter doesn't make up for it.

It would certainly be interesting!

For most climates it's worse, but for Umeå it's better. There isn't that much difference between a -6 and -8 averagr. Pretty large difference between an average of 21'C and 23'C though.

Did what wildcat did, but for Melbourne AP and Melbourne City. The city's summers look comfy af!

Hell yes it is superior:
Fucked up on the June Low. It should be 11.9C.

Quite better: Winters would be more decent and summers would be less prone to shitty weather.

Rochester would look like this: The mean record high would now be 96.8, still pretty lame but better than normal Rochester.

A climate like that would be better. I like hot weather more than I hate cold weather, and summers would be an improvement from the real Rome. Here is a climate box:

Better for sure. Winters are cold enough that 2C colder doesn't make an appreciable difference, while 2C warmer in the summer would definitely be noticeable and a solid improvement.

Worse. Basically my dream climate is 1.0~1.5°C narrower in each extreme month (warmer winter/cooler summer) of Paris.

Better for Vancouver, imo. Lots more snow in the winter, and less marine influenced summers.

Here’s 2 c more continental Fort Collins: Makes it basically identical to Scottsbluff. Can’t decide whether it’s better or worse, both winter and summer would be less pleasant but could get more interesting extremes which I’d want. Mean max goes up to ~102 and mean min down to ~-12. Still pretty stable in summer and not 102 isn’t quite interesting enough to make up for the worse temps. If it was just July and aug it might be better but don’t want the hot June. Winter would have more days in the 30s deadzone and the slightly colder extremes isn’t a big difference. Overall this makes it a bit worse but a big difference.

Actually improves overall, summer gets a bit more miserable but worth it overall I'd say

It'd be much worse here. Summers would be slightly better sure, but not worth it at all for the colder/snowier winters

Better. I'll always take a warmer summer if it means a colder winter.

Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh........ worse (had to think for a moment).
It would be worse as summer could get too many warm days and winter would be colder. Nuh mon.

Melbourne's climate would be significantly better. Summers would be pleasantly warm and winters would be cooler, which I think is a good thing. A 2C drop in winter might even be enough for a few snow flurries per decade lol.
Here's what Laverton would look like. I thought it would be interesting to include mean maxes and mins. Looks more interesting than our real boring arse climate.

The climate would be better here, as it'll be more interesting. Not much more to add that hasn't already been said before.
