C, given the data given. Striking temperature similarities with Chicago.

C-
I like May and September and I'd assume the first half of June and the second half of August are annual highlights.

Little bit dry I suppose with those summer temperatures, overall decent enough. Impressive warm-up between March/April as well! C+

Strong B+
Slightly wetter summers and slightly colder winters would bump this up to A territory.

C–, by inland standards. Pitiful diurnals, and winters too chilly. Storm activity looks rather weak, too

I'll settle for a C-.
Summers are a bit too hot, but shoulder seasons are superior to here and winters would be more entertaining for sure. That being said, I'm not a fan of humid continental climates in general so both summer and winter have to be perfect in order to satisfy any higher than that (B-/C+ that is).

B, it's a solid climate, but the diurnals are a bit too low, summers are a bit too mild, and winters are a bit too warm, and too dry. But still, a good climate and quite livable.

Azov is basically across the river from Rostov-on-Don and with sunshine data provided there I will rate Azov as a C. Winters are cold, but not terrible, and it warms up very quickly so it's not that bad. But the winters are also very cloudy, I guess snow and cloudily is less depressing than rain and cloudy but I also don't like 3 strait months of snow. Snow gets a bit tiring for me after 2 weeks. If it had sunnier winters similar to Chicago I would've rated it a B.

Not sure really - summers are decent but the winters are not too acceptable for me so would limit this to a D. If the winters are sunny could even get a D+.
