One of the clearest examples of an interior climate on Honshu.
C- for me: Summers are too hot, winters a bit too cold, without regular snow cover to make matters worse. Shoulder seasons look really good though, and June + September would be fabulous months in their own right.
I think it's really interesting of a climate by Japanese standards, and also for being on an island at 36Β°N, it's rather spectacular, even though Honshu is a large one.
