What countries are you rooting for except for possibly your own? I'll root for Scotland, Ukraine and Croatia. (Ok maybe Whales if Razza asks nicely.) Least favourite countries: Russia, Sweden, Turkey, Hungary, England. Rooting for Russia, Finland, Ukraine, Macedonia, Croatia, Czechia, Scotland, Wales. Also Italy has some interesting players Rooting against France and Turkey. Really hate this French side (players, not the country) |

Fucking unreal. Were emotionally at the top of the world when the national anthem was played, and now it's no point in continuing the game. Absolutely horrible.

All the chatter coming out of the hospital seems positive. I doubt we'll see him on a football pitch again, but thankfully he'll live.

I can't watch this anymore. It looks very, very bad for Eriksen. The football no longer matters. I wasn't watching the game but I heard he just collapsed. Was it a heart attack? |

Idk, looked more like cardiac arrest. He was just jogging and then fell forwards. When he was on the floor his eyes were vacant, he looked dead. Cameramen were very insensitive, showed the medics resuscitating him and his wife crying on the side of the pitch. |

Nordic sides played very conservative and boring football in the 2018 World Cup. Wonder if that will change in the EUROs
Noticed that the farther south (Greece, Portugal, Italy) or the farther north you go in Europe (Iceland, Denmark, Sweden) the more defensive the football style lol

Idk about that, traditionally Italy have always been renowned as a defensive team. Greece won the Euros playing physical, route one football. Even Spain were a route one team until about 15 years ago.
Whereas the Dutch and Germans usually play positive football.

It's shite being Scottish. A newspaper interviewed the chief doctor of the Finnish heart association and she said that it's likely that Eriksen will never play competitive football again.  Not that surprising, but still felt sad when someone of authority said it out loud. |
