Seems more of a case of Juventus declining. The Milan sides looked very average in Europe this week.

Seems more of a case of Juventus declining. The Milan sides looked very average in Europe this week. Juve did decline. They just lost 30 league goals to Manchester United, and their offense is getting very old. Their midfield is nothing to write home about as well Also, with last night's Draw against Milan, Juventus are officially in the relegation zone. Lmao

Seems like Juventus went down the route of overspending to keep themselves relevant, and are now paying the price. Same is happening at Barca.

Barcelona are stuck with a manager they don't want, because he's too expensive to fire. Koeman is also being forced to use a team half made up of teenagers. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/58643421

Koeman picking a lineup against Bayern in order to lose by as few goals as possible is telling. Barcelona aren't a team that should go into any game expecting to lose

The Anfield Road expansion has been given the go-ahead. Anfield will now hold 61,000. Hopefully they eventually expand the other half of the stadium. Stadium expansion is a good long term investment, that will pay for itself over time. Perhaps we can get some of the new seats from Man City, because they don't use them.

We all knew that Spurs being top of the table is like an elephant up a tree. You don’t know how the hell it got there, but just know it’s going to come crashing down.

When even Arsenal will beat them, they are crashing pretty hard. Before this Arsenal has only and barely been able to beat Norwich and Burnley, which are by far the weakest teams in the PL.

Interesting results tonight. PSG won the Arabian Derby against Man City. Messi scoring his first goal for the club.
Atletico beating AC Milan. Milan now need much results in their remaining games, or they're toast.
Lol at the Real Madrid result.
Liverpool beat Porto 5-1. Salah, Mane and Firmino with the goals.

They were having a debate on sky sports a couple of months ago about Liverpool. They discussed that partnership of Salah, Mane & Firmino.
Liverpool have had that same front three since 2017. Most of the great front threes in club football have generally lasted two, maybe three years. By the end of this season, Liverpool will have maintained the same front three for 5 years. I wouldn't be surprised to see them together for another season or two after that. It's unprecedented, but they continue to deliver.

Is that the biggest upset of all time? I legit had never heard about Sheriff before in my life. They’re from an unrecognized state in already the poorest region of Europe. I don’t think you will ever get a more obscure team in the Champions League

Moldovia is now the country with technically the best record in the Champions League. Bow down to your superiors!

"I know that the Champions League is a competition for champions, but teams like Sheriff Tiraspol have nothing to do with the Champions League." - Dirk Kuyt, August 18th
Welp, that comment aged poorly
