The Neptune Islands are a group of small islands off the coast of South Australia, near Pt Lincoln. It is located at 35*14'S and 136*04'W. Strong winds are a feature, gusts over 100km/h are common, and over 80km/h almost routine. Thunderstorms can occur at any time aswell.

Nothing too bad, misses a touch of summer warmth, but 22/16 is certainly not bad by standards where I live. 15/11 winters would be pretty great though, but it doesn't make up for the too cool summers.
B+/B.

Just kidding. The fact thunderstorm accompanied by strong winds can occur at any time are a huge turn-off. Lots of credit for the all time record high though. In reality I'd be generous and give only B-.

I'm skeptical of thunderstorm potential.

E-; boring bullshit the thing that saves it from an F is at least it's livable and the possibility of strong gales.

D. It looks like someone took Adelaide and got rid of its best time of year: summer. Everything about this climate is thoroughly "meh".

The strong winds with these temperatures would put me off - a windy, cloudy 23 degree day even felt cold here so that restricts my vote to a D.
