Plants will have a hard time there. The idea behind this climate is that it basically never rains during the growing season. Winter is inspired by St. Johns, Newfoundland, and summer by Sacramento. I applied a snow to water ratio of 10:1. I think the climate isn't THAT unrealistic. Probably could happen on this planet with another landmass configuration.

D for totally rainless summers. And the snowfall amount is rediculous.

C+.
I like the dryness but the complete lack of thunderstorms would suck. Thereโs also too much rain in winter. Temps are very good from June to January but spring is much too cold.

E+ from me. Summers would bore me to death, winters are too wet and spring is too cold.

D+
Awesome winters but zero rainfall in summer is what I hate the most out of anything in a climate, so a D+ is quite generous here...

Quite similar to a fictional climate I did, which I gave B-
Main difference is that this one snows a bit too much, while I'd prefer summer nights to be slightly cooler with highs like that. Maybe 32/12 instead of 32/15.

D+, usually climates with very snowy winters get good grades from me, but the dry summers ruin this for me. Also winter's temps could stand to be a bit cooler.

Split the seasons and you get closer. Limassol's summers and somewhere in Japan's winters?

D- because of excessively cold winters, and dry summers.

Huh? Summers don't resemble Limassol's.

Huh? Summers don't resemble Limassol's. And that, friends, is what happens when you carelessly look only at the average highs and precipitation. Stockton/west Japan hybrid, then.

You won't find such cool average lows but on the highest mountains in Cyprus.

Interesting climate. Winters are sufficiently cold and wet/snowy. I like the low humidity and cool summer nights, but would have to put up with an excessive amount of sunshine (that's the trade off I guess). I'll give it a B.

Cโ. Epic summer temps, but too dry. Winters are beautifully snowy, but far too cold.
