C+. Summer should be hotter and winters colder, but the transition seasons fill the bill for their part in a 4 season climate with all seasons at their best by continental standards.

Fairly crappy, but at 9,000' asl, you would expect it to be a bit on the ordinary side. Dry as a witches tit as well, but I don't mind too much a winter wet/summer dry pattern. Sorta trying to imagine Dubbo, NSW at that altitude... D-
