Really fucking easy lol I knew you'd say that since you love dry climates. No precipitation is boring as fuck though. I'd rather have way too much rain with more boring (but still variable enough) temperatures, than really variable temps with essentially zero rain/snowfall. Turpan doesn't really even get snow, although its chances are way higher than Su'ao's of course.

Also even if I found precipitation interesting, I think it would become boring with that obscene amount. Like I love snowfall and find it quite interesting but we get so much of it that it gets pretty boring by February. I think a lot of people on here agree with you and find rainfall more interesting, or at least couldn’t live in a climate with so little.

One good thing about little precipitation is a lack of trees like in Kyrgyzstan, which makes seeing the actual landscape really easy as opposed to way too many trees like where I live.

Turpan has incredible summers, but I'll have to go with Su'ao. No rain/storms would drive me crazy, but that being said Su'ao gets far too much rain. Atleast the temps are good.

This is a tough one, but I think I'll go Su'ao. Turpan is way too dry, and warms up way too fast in spring...I mean seriously an average high of 80 F in April after sub-freezing highs in January is too much, and then an average high of 92 F (33 C) in May is way too warm for May. The precipitation in Su'ao is interesting, the dryness of Turpan and really long warm/hot season would drive me nuts.

How the f does Turpan have such cold winters and low record highs in winter with those insane shoulder seasons?
Shame about the polar winters and dryness so the other one it is, for great temps although lack of sunshine does suck

Tough choice but I'll take Turpan. Dry heat is way better and I like the super quick shoulder seasons and cold winter. All that sunshine could get oppressive but not 4400 mm of rain oppressive.

Both are horrible climates. Needless to say the temps in Su'ao are much better, but at the same time that precipitation chart makes the place look really dangerous with regards to flooding. Also that would enable less time outside to enjoy the superior temps. Turpan at least is a climate you know what you get from. It's too dry and too seasonal but during the wettest months of Su'ao it would feel worth it . E vs E-

Su’ao....although I have more dislikes than likes, it’s far too wet, lacks variety, and is about half as sunny as it should be. But Turpan just out and out sucks.

Su'au. I don't even like that type of climate however.....the other option is a lot worse.

Turpan - 2900 sunshine hrs vs. 1400 makes this a very easy choice for me. Su'ao has SEVEN months with fewer than 100 sunshine hrs... Jesus Christ. Winters are cold but fairly short and the summers would be ok given the low humidity.

Hard to choose but Su'ao.

Hmm, this is actually a tough one...
I think I'll have to go with Su'ao on this one. It's absurdly wet and much too gloomy for my liking but the warm temperatures make the excess rain and lack of sunshine more bearable as well as helping to provide lush green scenery, and the low latitude also presumably means a decent amount of ambient light even when it's cloudy.
Turpan is simply far too dry, too sunny overall, and way too hot in the summer.

Really hard to choose, I'll go with Turpan perhaps. Su'ao has better temperatures but it is ridiculously wet and too cloudy.

Su'ao is just atrocious. Horrible sticky summer nights, apocalyptic rain, and sunshine hours that make Bunghole seem like Yuma in comparison
