Winters are very poor and springs have a very slow warm up, but for the latitude summers and autumns are good and sunshine is decent for eastern europe. Summer minima are even warmer than Perth is either a big positive (for warm lovers) or a big negative (for cold lovers). Aside from spring it's a pretty inoffensive climate with decent summers and survivable yet cold winters. C-

B-. Nice climate, especially for Europe but too mild and not enough snow.

Not too great. C
Boring winters and summers have too hot nights and are too humid.

Aaargh. You should've picked ANY other Romanian climate and it would've been an A from me. Now it's a B.

Yeah the spring warmup is somehow even laggier than in Northeast US, which I didn't think would be possible. Way too cloudy in the winter. Summers are alright, but not great. C-

C+. Summer is decent but too warm at night. Spring and fall are decent. Winter is bad, it's cloudy and cold but not cold enough to snow. Too dry overall.

Very "meh" climate for me. Could use hotter summers and colder winters, also too dry. I'd give it a D.

B. Temperatures are great, though January is straddling the freezing line a little too much and should make up its mind on which side it wants to go. Sunshine hours are good, but spring/summer are a bit on the dry side for my liking.
Very respectable climate overall.

D-
Winters are too cold and cloudy. Summer is nice, very much like Sydney CBD's.

C-, awfully cloudy winters but is saved by the semi-decent summers and shoulder season record highs.

C, similar to here, but not rainy enough in the winter. Spring warmups also slower than here. Makes up for it with limited snow and drier summers.

B-, a worse version of Long Island for being too dry but mostly good temps. Turin (and perhaps Budapest, as summer is less humid there as well) is better for less spring lag and more precip despite lower sunshine.
