Arica. One of the most boring climates on earth, but it's very comfortable. I'd just forget that weather existed and find another hobby. Orcadas base is an interesting climate to visit maybe, but it's an endless winter climate with no summer. Arica would be interesting to visit too, but for the landscape, not the weather.
