This is quite a strange one. It's quite a bit inland and just at 150 metres of elevation, yet somehow cooler in summer than the suburbs of New York City. Winters on the other hand, are similar to shoreline Lake Erie in spite of being inland.
My rating is a B-
Winters would have uncertain snow cover in particular December and February and summers are too humid. Either way, these summer temps are still very manageable even though afternoons would be quite sticky.

B, this is very similar to where I live. Overall pretty good, could be colder IMO.
