July, August and September
I didn't choose June since summer and warmth are still somewhat of a novelty. September can feature some fun, autumnal weather but it's mostly an extension of summer.

Again Iโll have to actually experience these months but Iโd imagine July, August and September to be the least interesting due to the stability.

September: inoffensive days around 18-22c with partly or mostly cloudy skies. Unless there is a particularly active hurricane season, not a lot happens.
November: always 8-15c, cloudy and or rainy with the occasional sunny 17c day in the first week.
January: almost every day is 5-12c with broken cloud.

January, February, and March are the three most boring months here.
Now October and December are honorable mentions, but they escape the top 3 list, as in the former month, the temperatures are still inoffensive, but true warmth is rare, and the latter month escapes the list as well since cold is still somewhat of a novelty, November can be interesting with the thunderstorms/downpours caused by sirocco events. Overall I'd say that January is the single most boring month.

May nearly always sucks, that'd be number one. June is pretty bad, and July or August for the third option, they are pretty much equal. Lucky I didn't put August, they've been pretty good recently

February, March, April.
Late summer and early to mid autumm is generally uneventful and drought-prone compared to the rest of the year, especially March.

I voted September October November. The last two Novembers have been cold so I am changing to add August. November 2019 had some of the most wintry weather of the past winter so I'm removing it from the list even though an above-average November can be a complete snoozefest. August is a stable month with fewer storms and heat than July or June. The most boring summer month, though it is a few degrees cooler by the end.
Edit: I still like fall for the fall colors and cooler weather. My favorite season except when there is a cold winter, then it's winter.

Feb: Late summer is repetitive and boring with bouts of annoying heavy rain days, mugginess and crazy thunderstorms that were kinda of a novelty and 'cool' in November-Dec. Now like, please back off already! June: Short depressing days that can be ruined more by periods of rain that go on for a few days (east coast lows) July: Like the above, but not as wet

Seeing our current forecast I might have to replace September with June. Itโs hard though, itโs not a boring climate, even July and August can get some exciting heat or storms.

September and the first half of October is the most boring time of the year because there's absolutely no vigour in the weather at all, nearly every day in the benign 10-20C range, a lukewarm sun, too late for proper hot weather but early for frosts or strong gales, you know it's autumn but no autumn colours yet. In short, this. Third most boring month would be January unless we get a proper cold spell, just a continuation of the same grey damp chill we've already had for months but without the end being in sight like in February.

October-December. These months have the least standard deviation of temperatures on average, and the highest proportion of cloud cover, highest incident of light rain/drizzle, and shortening day lengths.
Conversely, February-July sees the most interesting range of weather and temperatures along with the daylengths increasing.

June, July and August for sure. Very hot and so dry that if you have everything you need to do so you could make human jerky.

June, July and August. Three cloudless, therefore rainless months. Daytime temps uniformly 28c-32c, min temps uniformly 18c-22c, very little variation. Mostly low humidity and DP's, spells of strong south easterly winds for a week followed by calm conditions for a few days before the winds ( and fire danger ) returns. Local weather forums and weather FB Groups go deathly quiet, as there is simply nothing to talk about, other than the endless speculation re the date of 'the start of the Wet' ( sigh )

June, July, and August.
Was close between June and September but the higher variability and snow chances in September beat out the storms of June.

Fuckuary, Gay and Septictember
Fuckuary is the WORST summer month bar none. The new age Fuckuary is continually below average with no heatwaves and no storms. Plus it is at the ass end of summer, so there isn't even the possibility of heatwaves and storms to look forward to anymore.
Gay is the most boring month. No chance of heat, storms, and shitty stratocrapulus becomes more present. Also no chance of epic frosts. It's a washed-up purgatory of a month between the last hurrah of summer and before anything interesting in winter happens.
Septictember is again that placeholder between anything of interest in winter and the upcoming warmth and potential storms in spring.

July features a lot of foehn winds. Pretty interesting stuff -- when it is snowing in the Alps and relatively warm here in the lee. June is similar, but just a bit more prone to moist easterlies. I'll put March and April instead (keeping Feb). Two boring wet months that don't even have some thunder to make things exciting...

September, October, and November are probably the most โboringโ months of the year here, as they feature long stretches of stable, mild, pleasant weather, with some decent rain events and the odd tropical system. I really like these fall months here however, I guess you could say I like โboringโ weather.

Boring =/= my least favorite
However from a stability/low storms and fronts perspective
It's August/September. Thunderstorms and strong events are mostly done by early August, heat waves are much less common in August than July, and minimal cold fronts affect here until October usually. September is the single most stable month, except for the possibility of a remnant hurricane from the south
Don't really have a 3rd
