Just watched a Swedish action thriller called 'Black Crab' starring Noomi Rapace. Basic plot revolves around the Nordic Countries which have decended into a brutal Civil War. Its of the post apocalyptic genera and is done quite well. Its on Netfix atm  |

The Northman. Impressive cinematography and sounds, and the story was better than expected though could have been a bit shorter.

Jurassic world: Dominion.
Good, fun action movie but disappointing end to the series. Felt very unoriginal and that Iโd been there, seen that and the main villain was a carbon copy of several Jurassic movies. Also as someone who is knowledgeable about dinosaurs, at least try to make them realistic, donโt make the herbivorous therizinosaurus act like a T-Rex.

Elvis. I like some Elvis songs but didn't know much about the character, so here comes the biopic. 8/10 Saw it today. It was decent. I didn't like the use of modern music though. |

I didn't either, the rap soundtrack especially felt inappropriate. I think the soundtrack will age badly and would've opted for the more timeless original music. |

Pretty good movie for Marvel standards. Waititi definitely helped to elevate it

I watched Pocahontas . Sad that Disney ruined the REAL story of Pocahontas which really wasnโt glamorous at all. She was kidnapped , paraded around london , impregnated , then dead by 22. Either way I still like the movie though.

They filmed Mulan in Xinjiang and then in the credits gave special thanks to the government agencies that run the Uyghur concentration camps. The lead actress also posted a of rants against people fighting for democracy in Hong Kong. |

The new doctor strange movie. Good and enjoyable but not great.
Pretty middle of the pack for marvel movies and continues their recent streak of unremarkable movies.

The grey man: 6/10, typical fun, mindless action movie before the last 30 minutes which went off the rails with stupid plot holes and ridiculous logic defying stuff.
The Northman: 4/10. Very disappointing since it looked good and I always like period movies like that but it was dreadfully boring and I turned it off about 3/4 of the way through.
