 I'll be generous and give this place a D because it seems pleasant enough for half the year in winter. I can think of no redeeming features about those summers whatsoever though, winters in Irkutsk seem just as liveable as summers in that place. Wonder what the sun hours are like? |

F+. Winter looks pleasant although it's also way too warm and boring but summer is just unlivable with all that rain.

C. It's okay but summers probably feel horrible. And the precipitation pattern is just weird. I would expect more rain in winter or less rain in summer.

B- The monsoon is a bit too extreme but the winters are decent.

Extremely wet and humid, but not the worst like Singapore and Bangkok. At least it has a pleasant season (winter). Interesting climate anyway - It's a tropical climate with a taste of winter.
