None of those look remotely December-like to me, but if you can't have a winter wonderland you might as well have 80F and sunny on Christmas Day, so 2013 it is.

In the UK that 25F/-4C would be followed by a day struggling to make 41F/5C  But yeah I'd rather not have the cold nights at all lol |

In the UK that 25F/-4C would be followed by a day struggling to make 41F/5C But yeah I'd rather not have the cold nights at all lol Dec 2013 was extremely dry due to that massive drought that impacted California (2013-2016) |

I choose 2016 by a longshot. Cooler than 2013 and still nice and dry.
