Rate this climate, which is the capital of North Macedonia. I think it is one of the best climates in North Macedonia! B-, which is good for North Macedonian standards.

C-; too dry and too mild in winter, and a touch too sunny. Still, a decent climate. What are snowfall figures like?

I'm not sure, only the snow days are listed. It's at a lower elevation than other North Macedonian cities though.

A; Amongst the Best in Europe!
Winters too dry and not snowy enough, unfortunately.

I would rate it as a B-. Rather poor compared to options further west for the aridity and to a degree, the overall continentality, but not a disaster by any means.

C- One of the most similar to KC outside of North America, except it's an upgrade. alex992 Probably around 20" of snow on average per winter. Similar temps and precipitation to KC winters with slightly more snow days on average.

C+, loses points for the chilly, cloudy winters.

C+, it's a drier version of here in all seasons, and has less seasonal lag. The faster spring warmups give it the C+ as opposed to a C for here.

C
Better winters than Portland. I always remember seeing snow consistently in their forecasts when I read the newspaper ages ago.
