^^^ What am I supposed to be looking at, a few flakes of dandruff? And why have you tagged Joe? He's not a member. I thought you'd quit drinking

A bunch of webcams, ordered from warm to cold. Starting with Raleigh because it's leafed out and green. It will be a while until I can see this kind of view. Carmel, Indiana (near Indianapolis) has rich green grass and some nice leaf out. Chicago's trees are bare, but some smaller bushes are leafed out on the lower right. Milwaukee is bare. There are buds on some trees and warm weather is coming soon. The grass is not as green as Chicago yet. Asahikawa seems to have a bit of green on the trees. April has been warm there. On average it's cooler than Milwaukee in April. Hayward in northwest Wisconsin (weather similar to Duluth) has patchy snow and is firmly in mud season. Houghton in the UP has some grass poking through in town. The winter snowpack hasn't melted yet. Houghton again but out in the woods. Plenty of snow that isn't close to melting away. The nearest station reported 16" of snow depth (715' elevation), but two stations higher up reported 38" and 43". The 43" is in Calumet and 1237' elevation. If spring is cold, Michigan Tech University can start their "summer" break in early May with snow on the ground. I didn't find a good webcam of Minot, but the heavy snow from the recent blizzard is still there. Minot AFB reported 23" snow depth today. Ust-Kut has a thin layer of fresh snow. Snow depth dropped to 0 on the 18th or 19th after reaching 17.7CEnding with a place that isn't even close to melting. Arctic Bay in Nunavut, the northernmost place on this site with a decent quality picture today. There at 73N it has not reached freezing yet and it's -20C in this photo.
