I'm going to use relative to average since I've lived in numerous different places, and practically every month would be South FL which is boring.
January 2020 in Northern VA - awful month, consistently mild and only had one decent snowfall, and it was only 2" at that.
February 2018 in South FL and 2020 in Northern VA - in South FL's case, just an awfully warm month with no real cool weather, with an average low of 68.1 F . In Northern VA's case, it was a ridiculously boring month with just consistent mild and cloudy weather, and one of the only Februaries on record with no accumulating snow, and trees were already blooming.
March 2020 in Northern VA / South FL - very warm month in both places. Trees were already leafing out in VA in mid-March.
April 2020 in South FL - consistently hot month with not much rain. Just awful.
May 2019 in Northern VA - consistently warm and boring month.
June 2015 in South FL - one of the most boring summer months on record, insanely dry for the time of year.
July 2015 in South FL - continuing the drought from June, another month that was insanely dry.
August 2007 in North GA - Relentless heat and drought that month, just terrible.
September 2019 in Northern VA - consistently warm and dry month, very boring.
October 2021 in Sartell, MN - Insane mild spell early in the month, first 10 days were a ludicrous 13 F (7.2 C) warmer than average. It got a bit better later in the month, with several freezes late in the month, but still quite lame and boring relative to average here.
November 2015 in South FL - Awful month. Consistently warm and wet, and even hit 90 F on the 11th.
December 2015 in South FL - Similar to November but even more extreme relative to average. Warmest and wettest December on record, and didn't drop below 63 F (17.2 C) all month.
Note: October 2021 was far from the worst October I've ever experienced overall, was just the shittiest relative to average.
