Used to be state capitol and is absolutely loaded with history for a town its size! Gorgeous setting deep in rural northeastern nc far from anywhere too big! Many historic homes, the architecture here is gorgeous actually. Lots of really old churches and greek/federal style homes. Climate is good, natural setting is perfect, sabal minor palms range into here as do Spanish moss and live oaks! Oh and there are Gators and hundreds of thousands of swamp acres! I give it an A-, needs longer summers lol. ehcnc.org/Check out the photos of the town on this second link! It was actually named one of America's prettiest towns! www.visitedenton.com/

C+; muggy, diurnal-less summers; mild, snow-less winters (minimal snowfall, that is). Lovely thread style, however! Almost matches up to my thread quality. Strewth to you for your effort, unlike the other blighters here.

A- as well. Very nice climate but needs to be a more stable in winter and little bit milder/less humid in summer for an A/A+.

A-. Pretty good climate overall. Would prefer winters a bit cooler with more snow.

D; not horrible, not great, below average due to mild winters.

If it's pretty and gets good storms it's B. Looks like it gets ~45 thunderstorms/year:

C, too hot for too long. Winters are mild enough to avoid the dead zone where it's cold, but not cold enough for snow. 51/34 days are cool but comfortable.

C+ - not bad, but not great either. I would like it to be warmer in the winter but the issue with the southeast is the unstable winters. I do enjoy the long summers and warm springs and early-to-mid autumns though. If the winters were stable and the temps were 5 degrees warmer, I'll give it a B. I'm more into warmer subtropical climates and tropical climates though. I don't like cold at all and yearn for a year round growing season - something you don't get anywhere in the Carolinas.

Yeah, I give it a C too (well C+ as I said). Now where we kinda bump heads is 51F/34F is being comfortable. Granted, temps in the 50s can be OKAY depending on other factors but 30's is NEVER comfortable no matter what lol. Not to me anyway.

C. It's not bad at all, other than that April snowfall.
