I know this isn't a proof for global warming, but here is the yearly mean temperature graph for Germany's longest running weather station. Adding the years 2013-2018 would show a further strong temperature rise.  |

Annual Maximum is hardly an indicator of Climate Change though. This is the precise reason Climate Change INS'T TAKEN SERIOUSLY ENOUGH. EXAGGERATION INSTEAD OF REAL STATS. Annual maximum is a lot better of a statistic than extreme annual max (which is just one value / year). Actually, other than annual minimum, annual maximum is the best indicator of cliamte change. |

Excuse me, but I fail to see any warming whatsoever from this graph of yours—in fact, it shows cooling from the >1990's period well into the 2010's period—about the same as 1960-1965, might I so boldly add! Learn to decipher graphs properly for one moment. Also, "not taken seriously enough"? I thought you claimed that you weren't an alarmist...but alas! It appears that your true alarmist colours are shining ever so brightly. |

Meanwhile you have no qualms voting for a president who spreads misinformation on a daily basis, if his opponent is someone who would raise your marginal tax rate by 1%.

AOC is not a scientist but a politician. I don't understand why some keep mentioning this "the world will end in x years" thing like it would be some kind of argument against climate change. No scientist or scientific organisation has said anything of the sort. The only statements by credible people I remember are in the fashion that if we don't make dramatic changes in the next 20 years, some of the damage climate change does may be irreversible.
Didn't you say that if it's Bernie vs Trump in 2020 you would vote Trump? Well, it's kind of irrelevant to this.
