Assuming the numbers are correct (most notably, the snowfall), I will give this one a B+ rating. Loses points due to low range of temperatures annually but the actual averages are pretty decent. My new female friend is from here or somewhere close by.

C+/B-. Oxygen level is low due to elevation so I'll give a C+. Overall it's too cool, especially in crummer. However, shoulder seasons are good for those winter and crummer temperatures.

Yes this one and murree are 2 of my favorite subtropical highland climates! I feel the snowfall data is too high imo-- The record range sounds really good-- I'm suprised you gave it such a high score ๐๐ฟMรถrรถn๐๐ฟ ! Definitely a B/B+ from me. Murree is definitely favorite asian climate, afaik (maybe a milder summer monsoon might be a better idea-- but it's acceptable since the temperatures are mild enough)...

C- at the most. Like what QIDb said this grading factor includes latitude and altitude matters.

Well Murree is one of the best climates of this type. Somehow I gave that a B- and this one a B+ but they are quite similar.

C. Like the winter snowfall however summers are far too cold and wet for my liking. Srinagar probably has the best climate in India IMO.

Epic rainy season, but alas! It has a crummer.
C+ for this climate.

As suspicious as the wikibox looks, a YouTube search for "shimla snow" does seem to confirm that the snow numbers are at least somewhat close to accurate. I wonder where they came from.
It's a lovely climate. B+.

A highly decently wet climate with the exception of winters having too much snow and the rain being too focused in the summer.

E+ temps are ok year round but don't like those snow totals in winter or extremely wet summers.

A D/D+. Decent for India, but it doesn't have enough seasonality,
