Cfb = Grenoble Cfa = Valence, Treviso/Turin, Charleston WV Dfb (using -3C) = Newburyport, MA? Foster, RI has a more complete data set, but rounds. 0c would be Blacksburg, VA Dfa= for 0c, probably here, or Kikinda (could try to find something wetter) For -3c, Reading, MA. Dfc= Tampere
Cwb = ?? Csb = Forest Grove, Oregon or Bragança
Csa = Istanbul,
Af (ok, it's very marginally Cfa...) = Easter Island. Aw = ?? As = ??
Dwa = if 0c, Wonsan If -3c, Nampo? Cwa = Gangneung Dwb=
Dsa= ?? Dsb= ?? Presumably Highland Oregon?
Using 18C annual mean here Bsk= Zamora? Would prefer a bit cooler summers, but looks like León is barely Csb. Bsh = Agadir Bwk = ?? Bwh = Almería Bwn = La Serena, Chile

Cadeau Valence is a nice one! I knew about Boone, but chose Chatham because I felt Cape Cod would have milder record lows than NC, but its spring warmup is certainly slower... What do you think of Istanbul (Kireçburnu)? Winters are very close to your ideal averages and I'd imagine you'd prefer the lower sunshine compared to Lisbon.

I start with those I don't need to look up
I'm quite hesitant to call Almería a hot desert climate, so I will go with, BWh: El Aaiún

Istanbul climate data on Wikipedia is heavily skewed for using an outdated period in source. The warmest month averages for 1981-2010 normals are somewhere between 29~30/21~22°C.

Af - No answer Am - No answer Aw - No answer
BWh: If you count St. George as BWh, then that. Otherwise...idk, Tucson or something. BWk: Austin, Eureka, or Ely - all in Nevada, USA BSh: No answer, painful climate this is
BSk: Boulder
Cfa - Probably some tiny microclimate in Japan. I'll throw Nagaoka in. Csa - Probably exists between Shasta and Redding in California. Cwa - probably Qingdao or near Cfb - Kiandra Csb - Mammoth Lakes Cwb - hard to say Csc - Balmaceda Cwc - El Alto
Dfa - Erie probably or a similar snowbelt climate in USA or Japan Dwa - Dalian maybe Dfb - probably Houghton/Hancock or elsewhere on that peninsula/around Superior Dwb - Vladivostok Dfc - Pick an alpine climate in the Colorado Rockies or Swiss Alps. Any will work.
ET - Punta Arenas/Ushuaia/etc

Beckley, WV is the ABSOLUTE warmest Dfb on the planet. It barely meets the 0C threshold (-0.5C) and doesn't meet the typical -3C threshold. Also its summer us 21.7, just below the minimum 22C. Why on earth did you pick That? Because it's warm? Edit: Same with Newark and tampere.

Speagles84 qidb602 likes warmer, subtropical climates-- his dream climate is Arcleo, which is similar to Naples. He's obviously going to pick a warmer one. I picked Chatham MA-- a warmer one as well but more "marine" and fun for me! You could ask him to specify the best one with the -3c bound? I picked Reading, MA (Boston area outside the UHI)

Point being, if I did this thread and picked Boston or Cleveland as Cfa most people would be like "thats not a suptropical climate", however due to technicalities that exist in koppen system they are. Same as claiming Beckley is Dfb, when in reality it's more Cfb or even Cfa

Dfc: Grand Lake, Colorado Dfb: Aosta, Italy Cfb: Eldoret, Kenya Csb: Santa Cruz, California Cfa: East London, South Africa (assuming 1991-2020) Csa: Gibraltar Aw: Caracas Af: Bucaramanga, Colombia (Technically 0.2mm too little in one month for AF. In that case, Medellin)

The intensity of the growing season is surely more like humid continental than subarctic.

The mean temperature is about the same as Kronoby during the growth period
