Kansas City had a high temperature of 65F on 30 October 2018.
Kansas City also had a high temperature of 65F today, 22 March 2019.
That's 142 straight days below this temperature, which is a record by an absolutely insane margin.
If you want to use 20C instead of 65F as your temperature, it begins one day earlier (the 29th was 72F), which makes today day 144 with the streak still going.
All the more remarkable when you consider that this winter, while colder than average, was far from exceptional in any way.
I'll get nice proper statistics later. I just wanted to throw this on here.

I'll start mine. Probably do it in three-month blocks.
Using Fahrenheit temperatures because I feel like they divide up more neatly.

For RDU (England's data is harder to access in this way) Maxes: 100s: 0 (last happened in July 2017) 90s: 8 80s: 23 70s: 31 60s: 33 50s: 31 40s: 19 30s: 7 20s: 0 (last happened in Jan. 2018) 10s: 0 (last happened in Feb. 1996) Mins: 80s: 0 (last happened in Jul. 2010) 70s: 2 60s: 31 50s: 20 40s: 34 30s: 46 20s: 16 10s: 3 00s: 0 (last happened in Jan. 2018) -0s: 0 (last happened in Jan. 1985) Kansas City had a high temperature of 65F on 30 October 2018. Oklahoma City had its fourth-longest sub 75F streak on record at 148 days.
