C+/B- for me. Not much of a summer but that is helped by quite a few months with temperatures reaching above 25C. The lack of sunshine is the worst thing about this climate...

F-. No warmth, shit-ton of snow, tons of cold rain. Horrifying climate.

Cโ; too cold in crummer, but at least variable; snowfall is epic, but winters too cold. The "โ" succeeding C is for the autistic precipitation pattern. If it were a winter peak instead, this would get C or potentially C+.
Very good for a polar climate, notwithstanding.

D; much too cold in summer, not enough seasonality, also why do record highs deviate so much more from averages than record lows? Not a good pattern for me.
Average annual temps are nice, I'd rather it be 43/23 instead of 38/28. These same means but with much more continentality would be a sweet climate.

Using 1:10 snowfall would much more likely be around 460 cm...
Still F- either way.

Using 1:10 snowfall would much more likely be around 460 cm... Still F- either way. Yup, but the snow ratio is much better here than 1:10.

Yup, but the snow ratio is much better here than 1:10. Does it sit on Asahikawa Bay?

Gross, E for not being deadly. February and March are the best months for me. Not as wet with somewhat regular sun assuming it's at least 40 degrees latitude.

Overall too cold, no summers, too oceanic, but the winters are goodish so I'll give it a D+

D. Summers are too cool and the precipitation and lack of sunshine really kill it. I'd still take it over Reykjavik because it has winters though.
