Easily Seattle. More seasonal lag and less daylight (but still sunnier).

Seattle easily for being drier, warmer, having higher record highs, and no polar record lows.

Seattle by far. Warmer, and won't ever get the ridiculous record lows that Yakutsk has.

Seattle, because Yakutsk can freeze in the summer which is completely unacceptable.

Seattle, as Yakutsk is less sunny (relative to the day length), has shorter summers (as Early June and Late August can't be that warm), and has the unfortunate daylight pattern (like 20 hour days) of 62ºN. At least it is wetter.
