Let's rate México!
México is a country with a very diverse range of climates, from tropical in the south to tropical highland in DF, arid deserts in the north-central area, and even a small piece of Mediterranean just across the border from San Diego. Since most of these threads have been for temperate climates, I figure we can get some tropical in here as well.
I rate México's climate a C+ as most of the country is generally too dry but there are some wet areas around mountains and in the southern part of the country. It doesn't have as diverse of a climactic range as the mid-latitude United States, and almost all of the cooler climates are found in mountains. One advantage over other countries is that it has a west and east coast, which creates different precipitation patterns and increases climactic diversity. Most of the tropical climates in México have a very active and stormy wet season as well.
