Let's rate LA FRANCE! (European territories only)
B from me, from Paris southward summers are decent, and eastern France has fairly good winter avgs as well, my favorites here are Grenoble (A) and Lyon (A-), SW France also has excellent, comfortable climates like en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mont-de-Marsan#Climate. The far NW has a poor "British" climate, but most of the rest of the country seems fairly good. That being said, it has rather uneven sunshine totals throughout the country when I prefer a moderate amount of 2300-2500hrs, Novembers often tend to be chilly, and I prefer the lusher Spanish/N Portuguese Atlantic and the Italian Mediterranean coasts to France's Mediterranean coast climatewise, while its Atlantic coast is quite pleasant. Its North Sea/Channel coast is also bit chillier and drearier than the British South Coast. Lommaren thoughts here and the best and worst climates in the country for you (other than Pic du Midi de Bigorre, of course!)?

B-. It has a lot of diversity for its size. It has some good climates and some mediocre climates but nothing too bad except for high elevations and extreme maritime climates. The Mediterranean coast from Nice to Perpignan as well as Corsica are excellent.

B-
The best climates would be right on the doorstep of Monaco and also Saint-Girons.
The worst? Anything "worse than England" right in the north-west and of course mountain tops.

D-
Mostly bland, oceanic garbage. The small Mediterranean portion in the southeast somewhat redeem the country.

I'll give it a B as a whole. Most of it is generally in the C+ to B- range, save for mountaintops, the far NW, and the Mediterranean coast.

Only real bad thing about French climates are the dry summers and the low sun angle in the winter, otherwise a solid A

These threads are very hard to do since there’s a wide range of climates. The worst places are probably F+ tier climates, the best might get a B- so I don’t know.

C-. Ranges from B in Corsica, to D near the English channel, and F- in the mountain tops
