I find it hard to imagine July and August don't get any snow. That sure doesn't look right!
Anyway, this is a solid D climate.

I give it an F- for obvious reasons. A tundra with snow on the ground from September-July does not appeal to me.

A solid C - assuming stats are accurate. Those summers are obviously horrendous, well really the May-Sep period is way too cold but the rest of the year is epic.
