This is about monthly all-time highs for temperature, or annual/any month - not daily records. Can be both highs and mean and lows, but please state what if it's not highs.
Also, please use stations with several decades with recording at the same location, preferable at least 30 years, more is better! Also, please state when recording started.
Time frame:
a) Last 12 months b) Last 5 years (2014-present)
and c), if a station has very long recording history, might also mention how many records high are from 2000 and later
Just looked back for the staton I use, Trondheim Airport Værnes (recording since 1946), and found:
a) Last 12 months: 3 new all-time highs! July - Oct - April
1 new record for warmest mean: May.
b) Last 5 years:
Same three highs, no additions the four years before.
Mean: 2 records for warmest mean, May and July.
Then a look at the coldest inhabited place in mainland Norway, inland far north: Kautokeino (recording since 1868, but records since 1948 in eklima):
a) Last 12 months:
2 new all-time highs: July - Aug 2 new records for warmest mean: Jul - Nov
b) Last 5 years:
4 new all-time highs! Jan - July - Aug - Sep 3 new records for warmest mean: July - Sep - Nov
Could of course have asked for new all-time lows as well, but not much point as it's little to report, none at Værnes and Kautokeino last 5 years.
Now, what about your place?

Impossible. Artukainen (opened in 2003) is the only land station in Turku currently in operation, and even the maritime Rajakari station has only been in operation since 1992. So I guess I can't participate.
I will do it anyway, and compare current records with the airport station, which closed in 2010.
a) Last 12 months
Highest mean temp on record: April 2019, May 2018 Highest high on record: April 2019, May 2018
b) Last 5 years (2014-present) Nothing additional to report

That's ok as long as you mention the start of recordings! Also, it can be other stations beside your closest station, like well known stations with long recording history.

Norrköping:
Warmest ever May (2018) 22.5/7.9 = 15.8°C for 24-hour mean and 15.2°C for conventional mean. Warmest ever July (2018) 28.5/15.2 = 21.8°C for 24-hour mean and 21.9°C for conventional mean. Warmest ever May and July max temp averages in 2018 as well. Sweden's warmest temperature from the last week of August ever = (26 August 2016, didn't occur for Nyköping that day but saw a 24.5°C temperature reading at my thermometre at 10.30 pm as the hot air drew in after sunset, so it was stable 24 all that day here from dawn to beyond dusk). Max October temperature (2018) = 23.0°C (that unfortunately didn't occur for Nyköping that day).
Going back five years you can find 15.2°C as the November record from 2014.
Might have missed something, but I don't think I have.

Two more:
Bergen (Florida), recording since 1957:
a) Last 12 months: Warmest monthly Mean: 2 Apr - May All-time Highs: 4! Feb - May - July - October
b) Last 5 years: Warmest Mean: 4 Feb and July added All-time Highs: 6! Feb - Mar - May - Jul - Sep - Oct
8 of the warmest means and 10 all-time monthly highs are from 2000 or later.
Utsira lighthouse on an island not far from Stavanger, recording since 1869: a) Last 12 months: Warmest mean on record: 1 (tied) - Apr Warmest all-time High: 2 - May, Oct
b) Last 5 years: Warmest mean: 2 Apr - July Warmest allt-time High: Same two as last year
c) Since the recording history is so extremely long, records from 2000 onwards: 8 monthly mean records 5 monthly all-time highs

I mentioned SMHI's means, but added the conventional (x + y) /2 Babu . They are by no means 24h means. They're calculated in a really weird and complicated way with different calculations depending on what month it is. Don't refer to it as 24h means. They can differentiate from 24h means just as much as (x+y)/2 can.

Madison since 1869.
Last 12 months: none
Last 5 years: February 2017 new record high. April 2018 was 0.1F from record coldest mean. 2018 second wettest year.
The last year to set several records was 2012, the warmest year ever. March broke almost every temperature record. The mean was 4.9F above the previous record, completely insane, New record high too. There was summer weather in mid-March. June was record dry. July set a new record average high (but not the mean) December set a new record high

Updated list for Frankfurt Airport (highs in °C, records since 1949)
Last 12 months: Feb: 19.1 (2019) Jun: 39.3 (2019)
Last 5 years: May: 33.2 (2017) Sep: 32.8 (2016) Jan: 15.9 (2015) Jul: 38.8 (2015) Aug: 38.7 (2015) Nov: 19.1 (2015)
Interesting that the record warm year 2018 didn't yield to any monthly record high.

The data available to me is monthly and annual SMHI-mean and record temperatures. Records are only since 1901, so some may have been warmer earlier. Some records have been broken twice, like for example July 2014 as well as 2018. I did not count these.
Timeframe A: Warmest May temperature of 27.8'C in 2018 (I'll count it because Nidaros did, even though it's more than 12 months ago) Warmest July mean 2018 of 19.9'C
Timeframe B: COLDEST September temperature of -8.5'C in 2014 Warmest July temperature of 32.3'C in 2014
Timeframe C: Warmest March mean 2014 of 1.1'C Warmest March temperature 2007 of 14.2'C Warmest May mean 2013 of 11.2'C COLDEST June temperature of -3.6'C in 2009 Warmest (since 1901, we have an old 33.5'C from the 1800's) June temp of 30.1'C from 2008 COLDEST July temperature of 1.1'C in 2008 Warmest August mean of 17.6'C in 2006 Warmest November mean of 3.3'C in 2011 Warmest December temperature of 9.3'C in 2013
Not as many records as in some other places. We even broke a few cold records relatively recently.
Here's the sunshine ones
Timeframe A:
Sunniest April of 301h in 2019 Sunniest May of 405h in 2018 (ditto as the May temperature records) Sunniest year of 2289h in 2018 Timeframe B:
Cloudiest January of 8h in 2018 Cloudiest May of 168h in 2015 Sunniest September of 218h in 2014 Sunniest October of 162h in 2015
Timeframe C:
Sunniest January of 76h in 2000 Cloudiest February of 7h in 2014 Sunniest March of 233h in 2013 Cloudiest October of 42h in 2000 Cloudiest November of 4 in 2000 (wow two record cloudy months in a row)

Well, at the official station May 2018 was the second-warmest, but the "official" warmest was at a UHI station in 1962. Going from the same station, May 2018 is warmest by far.
On 22 February 2017, the max was 79F. This was the second-highest remperature ever tecorded in February...and #1, 83F in 1972, was recorded on the 29th in a leap year, which is kind of cheating. The month of February 2017 was the third-warmest on record (officially, and was top warmest at the UHI station, beating out 1930 and 1954 which stand ahead of it.
Other than that...not a whole lot of heat. Probably a big part of why climate change denial is big in the USA.
Kansas City's summers are definitely stabilizing. No extreme heat. No break from normal heat. Ever.
