I prefer outlying suburbs for a bit more snow, and would prefer more moderated sun and precip distributions.
Edit: Think I'll give Portland a B for being a bit boring, but its still a nice climate.

B-
Quite acceptable, with really good summers. Winters let it down, but July and August means are epic enough to salvage a retreat into C-territory.

Definition of a "meh" climate. Summers are too dry and bland, winters too mild and not snowy, fall and spring are pretty bland as well. But far from the worse climate out there. I give it a D-.

I'd say C+. Slightly better than here due to being warmer outside of winter. Almost a B-.
Seattle is a solid C.

A solid E climate. Funny how September is more of a summer month than June is. Pretty dry overall, even in the wet season.

Solid B. Decent summers, similar temps to here but I imagine it's more stable and sunny on average. Winters are nice, but I think it's too cloudy overall. The temps leading up to summer are pretty crappy too.

Winters are too damp. Seems cool all year round. Summers are nice though, hence the plus.

A- with the new normals as it's warmed across the board. Precipitation pattern and temps are generally good, but could use to be a few degrees warmer in general, as the shoulder seasons are still sorta meh.

B- for Portland, the summers get enough heat to satisfy me and winters are mild enough. I would prefer less of a drought in the summer, however.

Solid C: too much winter-bias of precipitation, temps could be a little warmer across the year (mainly in the cold, wet half); could be a lot sunnier (mainly in the cold, wet half); but is still liveable with its current climate
