This fictional climate is one of the ones I do forecasts on, and it is loosely based off climates found in Texas. It gets heaps of storms - roughly 50-60 a year. I give it a C. Edit: I put a little more snow as I realised that it wasn't enough given the lows and precipitation. It won't change any ratings (at least from me.)

Ah, it's a C from me as well, it has decent precip in a pattern but it's too hot from june-sept and a bit too mild and snowless during the winter.
The cold records would be harsher and the heat records not quite as harsh if it were a real Texas climate though.
Edit: I'm concerned about the potential for longstanding heatwaves here, so I'm downgrading to a C-. It's still decent for a good chunk of the year and should be manageable, but not so pleasant especially with the humidity factor, with AC during the rest of it.

D-
Summers are pretty hot and winters are pretty snowless, despite the impressive record lows.
May and September are nice months though! Too bad all of summer isn't like that.

Summers are a bit too nasty for me, but aside from that it looks quite alright.

A solid B. Looks lovely except for those awful winter record lows.

Precipitation is excellent. Good variability, nice long mild/warm/hot season, but still a bit too cool in winter and a little too warm in summer for my tastes.
