1) This was the closest match. Tij is a bit hot in summer and wet in winter. Donar has 0C means in winter which are not ideal.
2) These two climates are very similar so I picked the one that was less hot.
3) Steeler easily, cooler summer nights, cooler all year actually. And more exciting weather with regular snow and cold.
4) I don't like either climate but JG's summer is less humid. It also has more extreme heat for variety. Neither place has good winters, too wet and mild.

@qidb602 I think you should either change the length from a week to 3-4 days or do the whole first round at once. Otherwise, it’ll last 6-8 weeks and people will lose interest. It wouldn’t be confusing to do 8 matches at once and I think that everyone who wants to vote will vote within 4 days. I changed it to 4 days, so the new deadline is Thursday, June 20 at 11:59 PM GMT.I originally thought I could do the tiebreaks in the first 1-2 days of the next week if necessary, and then the next session will just last 5-6 days with the same ending time for each session. But as you said, having it slow may make people lose interest. |

2. ral31, again, milder winters which are also wetter
3. Gior, this was a close one but I prefer it because the other is too dry with cold nights overall
4. jgtheone, because it is the best climate on this forum

In this case I'm choosing between "basically KC" and "generic southern climate." The choice here should be obvious.

The lake is to the east, the same direction most coldwaves are comming frim, so they are mostly accompanied by snowfall. Rainfall in Dec and Jan is almost zero - though my precipitation-snowfall ratio is still a bit unrealistic I guess. |

Some pretty tough choices.
1. Tij (biggest reason being more precip)
2. Ral31
3. Steelernation (winters are a big negative on Gior's with freezing temps lacking; Steelernation's is a lot drier than preferred though I'm thinking it still gets a few good storms)
4. Arcleo (went with Arcleo's for the better precip pattern though I prefer Jgtheone's winters; guessing Arcleo's gets snowfall every once in a while)

The last battle involved the toughest decision. JG's winters are much better but the precip pattern just isn't right. I've had enough of that shit on the Riviera and I'd be ready to put up with crappy winter temps to enjoy a lush vegetation.
