First run at this, going to eventually edit it more. After looking at it on Imgur, snow is a bit high - more like how much I would want in my current climate versus one without thaws.

B–; summer highs too stable (but lows are nicely variable); winter too cold.

Beautiful climate, A-. Would be an A+ with warmer summers, say 5 C warmer.

You finally made one!
I’m gonna have to give this an E+. It’s too cold all year but March is just sickening. It’s also way to stable, has absolutely no heat, a massive endless snowpack and spring is a cold, rainy shitfest. 20 days > 0.1” in May...that’s a nightmare.
June to October is pleasant though and winter isn’t brutally cold so it’s not near the F range.
BTW, how do the summer months have 3” of precipitation but only 2.5” of rain if there’s no snow?

E-. Way too cold. Record high of 30C is too low when the avg. high is 25C.

F due to just being horrible whatsoever, but it's still nice that you made one.

I'll give it a D-. Winters are way too long and cold, lows too cold all year, record highs lackluster, and I don't like the May peak in precipitation.

B. The wet springs suck and anything over 20°C in the summer is overkill for me, otherwise it's pretty great.

B+
Winters are a bit chilly and snowy, but pretty decent climate on the whole. Not too hot and good precipitation. Summers look very nice. What are the sunshine hours?

A-
Summer record highs are oddly very mild but I probably wouldn't complain.

B. Summer has excellent averages and rainfall, but I might eventually miss a few 90 degree days in summer. September is chilly, I'd prefer a few more warm days. Otherwise fall is near perfect. Winter temperatures are also great but snowfall is probably too high. 260" with no thaws might be too much for me. Snow depth would be high but I'm not sure how high. Also, 31 snowy days? I like to have some snowy days and some dry sunny days in winter. Spring is the only season I don't like, too wet and cool for me. An extra snowy winter followed by a fast thaw or wet spring would cause a nasty mud season and flooding if it's similar to midwest geography, soil, and vegetation. Is this located in a fictional PA?

F
Cool very short crummers with pathetic record highs, polar lows year round, polar winters, polar shoulder seasons, absurd amount of snow

D+. Summer gets a huge credit from getting a worse grade.

Hmm I didn't think of a practical location, but probably more southern Alaska
