Room temp past 10 or so days. Highest/lowest since I moved here were 24.0/3.6°C (the thermometer is near the window so it gets cold whenever I open the window for a couple minutes). Current indoor temps: 11.5°C in computer room 4.5°C in lounge 4°C in kitchen 2°C in bathroom

16.9°C in the computer/bedroom - heating turned down for the night. 6.7°C in the lounge - warming up at last. 4°C in the bathroom - a slow recovery. why bother pay electricity to keep your fridge running? Don't some medicines do badly in cold temperatures? Still warm enough for no frost ================================================ 60°F in here, considering turning the heat up.

I remember a woman from Spain saying it was healthy to open the window occasionally for like a few minutes even when cold out to let in some fresh air. Sounds like a waste of $. Can't do that in my place, the storms are down. Fancy temperature reader you got there. Would have been neat to have that in the summer in my un-airconditioned apartment and see what diurnal cycle I get.

Fridges only come on when their inside temperature needs keeping down. So it is only working for small periods in a cold room in winter. They also use very little electricity especially in winter. It is the heating that costs money.

The radiator is off in my room but it gets heat from neighboring rooms, so whenever I feel too hot for sleeping, I open the window a bit. Yeah it's a completely unnecessary to open the window each day, there's enough ventilation as it is. I have a CO2 sensor and the values are halved within an hour whenever the room is empty.
