70F/21C inside. Today was 75/50 (24/10) outdoor and 71/63 (22/17) indoor. 63 is chilly for this time of year, I didn't expect it to get that cold.

27-28C is not as high as I expected given the temps in Paris. Not comfortable, but I would expect 30 degrees at least during the day

Not comfortable, but I would expect 30 degrees at least during the day seems like Parisian buildings have thick walls making them slow to heat and shutters to keep out the sun? rozenn mentioned only reaching 30-31°C inside during the Paris heat wave when it reached 42°C / 108°F. Seems ok to be A/C less in Paris if you're young and healthy |

If you're used to AC all summer like someone living in the US South, you'll be miserable like AJ last summer. FWIW my connected sensors say it's 30.7°C in my bedroom and 30.9°C in my living room atm. The shutters are closed but it's south-facing, under the roof in a dark brick house. |

Exactly, and right now I find temperatures in the 82-84°F range, especially with low dew points to be the most comfortable since I'm used to warmer temperatures with the windows open for a breeze. IIRC AJ sets the A/C to 70°F in his house, thus he feels oppressed in anything above 80°F because he is used to the cool indoor temperatures. |
