I remember my old dream climate before I joined this forum was like en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrace,_British_Columbia. Now I really don't approve of it, it has no heat whatsoever, so it's a D-/E from me. It's like a semi-Bergenized version of Oslo perhaps? Not my thing now for sure. But it has a similar continentality to my new one, something like -3 16 to 3 21/22

Schlomberg to the rescue I guess... D-
Too cool in summer and too much rain in winter.

Seems worse than Winnipeg and Quebec City so I'll give an F+. It's a good 2-3C warmer than Quebec City by annual mean but Quebec City having 500-600 more sunshine hours probably compensates for that. Plus, highs are hardly any warmer overall and it gets even more snow than Quebec.

E+. Fall and winter are nasty with all that cold rain and stability and summer is much too cool.

I'll give it a B+. It's a very nice climate.
It's extremely difficult to get an A from me. The climate has to be almost perfect, and it's really only climates in Colorado and the Alps that can do that, along with a few oddities like Mount Mitchell and Kiandra.

C-. Your current one is better except the diurnal ranges.
