Joining the 2018 rtc club. This was the most exeptional year I have experienced so far. Let's see if such years will become more common in the future...

My rating is B. December and January were too warm and cloudy and March too cold. Otherwise pretty much perfect.

Winter is mediocre, either mild and cloudy or sunny and dry. Too dry overall. C
