Yes, another Appalachian climate , it needs a bit less humid summers with cooler nights but otherwise it seems really good, good snow potential with some interesting cold snaps and not too harsh temps and mild transition seasons. A- due to summer humidity issues but otherwise a great rest of the year. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charleston,_West_Virginia#Climate

C- bordering on a D+
Too much nonsensical winter single-digit rain, too much summer rainfall, too warm summer overnight lows in relation to the highs.
There's a good snow ratio however, considering the miserable averages, but sadly that would vanish immediately. Rather Nyköping than this one since there's nothing worse than little prospect of good weather (permanent snowpack or mid-double digits for a full month) all winter.

Bristol: Cooler summer nights Warmer winter days Lower summer rainfall
That being said, that's still a B-/C+ due to the lack of snow.

B. Most likely too gloomy, too many precipitation days outside of summer, snowfall is a bit excessive. Average temps look pretty good.

B-. Not much different from NYC. Slightly warmer highs but a bit colder lows and more precip days. Maybe a little bit better than NYC but not really enough to earn a higher grade.

C-, not ideal but not horrible either. Snowfall is surprisingly high which is a pleasant surprise. Too mild year round though.

Strikingly similar to NYC, just with less seasonal lag (which is good) but worse in that it has more snow and summer rain. So same grade as NYC, it’s a C.

Yeah, it's like a slightly less lame Shitchester, and the cold snowy winter (less than ROC, but STILL snowy) automatically gives it an F for me

I reserve the F for the most disgusting and/or uninhabitable polar climates in this world.
