A A bit warmer than my dream climate, but no real complaints. It's a good four-season climate with warm summers, cool winters, and ample precipitation and snowfall.

C, good shoulder seasons, decent summers and not-so-good winters; just like much of the eastern US IMO. I think the summers, while not that comfy, are fairly tolerable; but those lengthy winters (at least by my definition) reduce the grade.

Charleston WV: Who writes this shit ? LOL "Climate: Charleston has a four-season *humid subtropical climate (Köppen Cfa)* with continental climate (Dfa) elements...." And then follows it up with this.... "Winters are chilly, with a January daily average of 34.4 °F (1.3 °C), and with a mean of 16 days with maxima at or below the freezing mark. Snowfall generally occurs from late November to early April, with the heaviest period being January and February. However, major snowstorms of more than 10 inches (25 cm) are rare.... " Subtropical...? Hell yeah !!! ( rolls eyes ) Anyways.. an E for the shit cold winters that have 16 days a year below freezing max temps...
