F, that heat would drive me crazy. Also winters are absurd, I don't want warm days but cool nights. I would rather have the winter high be somewhere around 55.

B. I'd be staying indoors (or swimming) during summer afternoons, but other than that it's actually pretty pleasant. In a hypothetical scenario in which I don't have air con, yeah, it's an F, but I wouldn't mind living there if I had the means to deal with the summer heat. I think a lot of people here will just look at the summer highs and records and get scared, but on a year-round basis it's actually not bad. Plus the low humidity would probably make the heat more tolerable than here in Bangkok. Although I just checked the current weather there - 42 C at 9 PM! That's pretty intense.
