Based on Angler's Kiandra thread, thought it would be fun to find for my climate. Here is what is probably Portland's most continental year, or at least its most Plains/Midwest-like year. Cold winter, hot summer, and a rare November Arctic Blast. I rate it a C for being too dry, but has some pretty cool temps that would be fun to experience. Might have to look for Portland's most oceanic year as well...

B-. Way too little snow, too stable and too wet in winter. Pretty good though.
Maybe Iβll do this for Rochester.

B+; however, it is largely because I am pretending that Portland actually got thunderstorms.
If no thunderstorms, then Bβ (unsatisfactory).
Summer minima too bloody stable as well, with not enough snow for how cold and wet its winters were.

C. Too cold other than mid-summer highs and it's on the dry side. Regular Portland is a C+.
